For degree, engineering, management and professional collegesEverything your college runs on, in one place.
Departments, courses, semesters, sections and sessions are set up once. After that, attendance, timetable, exams, fees, hostel, transport and placements all read from the same structure — so nothing is entered twice and nothing disagrees with anything else.

Four problems every college office recognises
Registers that only one person can read
Attendance in a register means one copy, one location, and a week of counting at the end of term. On screen it totals itself and the parent can see it the same evening.
Fee dues nobody can state exactly
Ask most colleges what is outstanding today and the honest answer is a rough number. Invoices, receipts and dues live in one list with a live paid/pending status.
Results tallied by hand in March
Marks entry, totals, percentages, grades and pass/fail happen as you type. Report cards and the class result sheet print straight from it.
Evidence scattered across departments
Attendance, results, feedback, events, placements and alumni are the evidence quality reporting asks for. Held in one system, they can be pulled year-round instead of reconstructed.
What you would switch on first
These are the modules most colleges start with. The other 24 are there when you want them.
Your own web address, your own logo
Each college runs on its own subdomain with its own branding, so students and staff see your institution, not ours.
- Semester structure and promotion
- Hostel and transport
- Placements and alumni
- Own web address per college

Asked by college teams
Does it handle semesters and student promotion?
Yes. Courses hold classes and sessions, and at the end of a term you select a batch and promote the whole group in one action. Past records stay attached to the student.
Can a trust run more than one college?
Yes. Each college gets its own CampusOS with its own web address, logo, data and switched-on modules. Each one has its own admin login.
What about hostel and transport fees?
Both are tracked as their own fee heads alongside tuition, so a student can be paid up on tuition and pending on hostel without the two confusing each other.
Do you support placement tracking?
Yes — placement records, internships, a readiness view built from academics, attendance and internship record, and a permanent placement history you can use in your own reporting.
See it with your college's name on it.
- A real walkthrough, not a slide deck. We set your institution up while you watch.
- Bring your hardest question. Fees and exam patterns are where most systems fall over.
- No obligation. If it is not right for you, we will say so.
