Where your data lives

Each institution's data is held separately and served from its own web address. Staff, students and parents each see only what their role allows.

Access control

Every person has an individual login. Administrators can revoke access instantly, and menu-level permissions are set per role rather than shared across everyone.

Backups

Data is backed up on a regular schedule. Ask us for the current backup frequency and retention period — we will tell you the real figures rather than a marketing line.

Getting your data out

You can export students, staff, fees, attendance and results at any time. If you leave, we will provide a full database export. There is no exit fee and no lock-in clause.

Reporting a problem

If you believe you have found a security issue, email dilipjangid@gmail.com. We will acknowledge within two working days.
