What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, role, institution, mobile number, email address, location and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page you submitted from and, if you arrived from a campaign, the campaign tags in the link.

Why we collect it

To contact you about CampusOS and to understand which parts of the site lead to useful conversations. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone outside Techonist.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for three years unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your institution's data

Data you enter into the product itself — students, staff, fees, results — belongs to your institution. We process it to run the service, we do not use it for anything else, and you can export it or ask for its deletion at any time.

Removing your details

Email dilipjangid@gmail.com and we will delete your enquiry record and confirm.
